We celebrated our anniversary yesterday.

Cam had wrapped up a card he made for us (using nearly an entire roll of wrapping paper :-), and Paul gave me an eternity ring because "you've had a year from hell and deserve it!"

I was blown over by the gesture because I really don't think I do deserve it. PAUL's done the really hard work, not me.. plus all in all, we've had a pretty good year in some ways.. defying initial odds. Last summer was great!

We went to the Dairy, a lovely restaurant in Clapham and spent the evening laughing.

What an extraordinary man..
